Ordered 3 hours ago and there is still no food ... it is now midnight .. nobody answers the phone .. I'll never order there again

If you order at 6 p.m. for 7 p.m. and sit here at 9 p.m. and eat is still not there, our child had to do something else to eat and is now asleep, thanks so much, thanks was the last time

How can you fool your customers like that? This shop is a joke! Waited 2.5 hours for food, called 3 times, ... which street? ... is on the way! ... every time put off and in the end allegedly no orders were made even though they were paid via Lieferando! The shop is definitely not to be recommended!

Food is always very good, whether we have it delivered or eat there. Always freshly prepared. Roma has really changed for the better. Orders always right.

Ordered here for the first time today. Big and small salami and curlyfries. Curly fries crispy and super tasty. The pizza also looked mega and I think it would have tasted good if the box hadn't smelled of old, damp cellars or anything else and this scent had stuck to the pizza. When I called, I received two large salami as compensation. Unfortunately, with the same problem, although this was now known, so the pizzas were inedible.

Ordered salami pizza with extra onions (€ 1.50 extra) and the delivered pizza didn't have much more than 3 onion rings ... the taste was better too

Just received our ordered pizzas. Taste can not be determined. Cheese does not taste like cheese. Pizza floor tastes like cardboard. Also missing on my pizza 2 of the extra ordered and paid ingredients. Will not order there again, as the quality has decreased a lot in the last few months!

More delivery service than restaurant, but tasty and price / performance completely okay

First we sat down and were ignored. After that we ordered to take with us at the counter and had to hear a bitter disappointment at home. Pizza was thundering with artificial cheese. Burger was from the freezer and soaked with supermarket sauce. I was sick after that.

After 1.5 hours still no delivery. By telephone one is only pushed away.

I usually order via Lieferando here and it has always worked well. The delivery was always very fast and never unpunctual. The drivers are always very friendly. Pizza, calzone, kebab - everything tastes very good!

Never ordered such bad food as here! My partner and I ordered a Calzone, as we cut them, the oil ran out! Inedible! Never again!
